"Growth
and Harmony" was founded in 1976 by Sifu Michael Garvey who
through the years since has built a warm friendly club with a
clear attitude towards training and those we train with. Some
of the key aspects of our training is the "attitude of humility",
"self respect" and "training without anger".
In
order to learn and develop effective Wing Chun, we need to learn
to control our attitude towards other people and towards ourselves.
This is as essential a part of progression within the Growth and
Harmony system as our ability to control our limbs.
